Webinar: Food as Lifestyle Medicine for Hormonal Health

August 30, 2022

Let’s face it: hormones are powerful players in overall health and wellness. As the endocrine system’s tools, hormones are your body’s allies in regulating a myriad of functions, from metabolism and energy levels to reproduction and growth to human connection and stress and sleep cycles, and not to mention appetite. So, how can you keep these important chemical messengers functioning properly? Hint: your lifestyle is a key factor in balancing and coordinating the activities of your hormones.

Take an evidence-based dive into the wonderful world of hormones and how food – among other lifestyle factors – can affect the harmonious functioning of your hormones for the better. Join Vicki Shanta Retelny, RDN, on Tuesday, August 30 from 2-3 pm ET, for a webinar focused on the vital hormones (insulin, cortisol, melatonin, and oxytocin, to name a few) and how lifestyle – and in particular, what we eat and drink – may help to keep these hormones in sync. Whether you are a brand-new RD or a seasoned veteran, Vicki will provide you with cutting-edge information on how to help your clients keep their hormones in good health.

Learning Objectives
