Calling all RDs active on social media! Estimates show that, in 2018, video will be responsible for 80% of internet traffic. And overhead recipe videos are becoming a simple, fun, and effective way for RDs to share nutrition messaging. For those in the entrepreneurial space, learning how to create high-quality videos is an essential part of successful brand marketing and increased reach. In this hands-on session, participants will learn how to set up a video shoot, the essential equipment needed, and key editing techniques to take their creations viral.

Learning Objectives

After attending this session, nutrition professionals should be able to:

  1. List the equipment needed to produce overhead recipe videos.
  2. Follow the step-by-step process to set up, film, and edit a quality video to be shared on websites and social media platforms.
  3. List the workflow to create natural, engaging videos using editing software.
