From social media and media headlines to food trends and diets du jour, Keri will discuss how best to keep your finger on the pulse while also trying to maintain some balance in your life. The importance of individual brand identification in all areas of dietetics and exactly how one can benefit from change will also be explored.

Keri Gans, MS, RDN, CDN, is a registered dietitian nutritionist, certified yoga teacher, past Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics spokesperson, and past New York State Academy President.
