Clients are continuously asking about fad diets like keto, Paleo, Mediterranean, and Whole30 in order to lose weight. Dietetic professionals will get an in-depth look into the latest fad diets and emerging new diets, the allowable and prohibited foods, and diet pros and cons. Science-based information will be reviewed in order to debunk these diets. Common consumer/client questions will also be addressed in order to help practitioners respond to them.
