Recorded Webinar: Sleep, Stress and Nutrient Gaps

The live version of this webinar was presented on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at 2 p.m. ET.

How you take care of you impacts your ability to take care of others. This includes how you rest, fuel, and move. Each of these are independently impacted by the foods we eat, the rest we actually get, and of course, our movement throughout each day. These factors can be complemented by quality supplementation - since research continues to suggest that there are specific nutrients, known as shortfall nutrients, that have been identified as nutrients of public health concern. These nutrients not only impact our health but according to research, also impact our ability to sleep, recover, and be the best version of ourselves. The underconsumption of many of these nutrients results in nutrient gaps that have been linked to a number of chronic health outcomes.

This webinar discusses how to support wellness needs and identifies how to fill these shortfall nutrient gaps in order to optimize health.
