This workshop is geared toward the dietitian home cook (or noncook!) who wants to gain confidence and know-how in the kitchen. Michelle Dudash, an RDN and Cordon Bleu-certified chef, has been cooking professionally for more than 15 years. She has worked as a private and personal chef and as a line chef in a five-star restaurant, and currently specializes in developing simple and streamlined recipes for consumers on behalf of her food company clients and the media. Michelle loves helping people discover how to make delicious 30-minute meals, and she is going to share her years of experience by demonstrating how you can prepare healthy, craveable meals in your kitchen.

Learning Objectives

After attending this session, nutrition professionals should be able to:

  1. Understand techniques for properly cooking protein foods to maximize flavor and juiciness.

  3. Identify the necessary and nice-to-have tools and equipment for producing delicious meals, as well as demonstrate how to use them.
