Krista Casazza, PhD, RD, CSSD, serves as the assistant director of research for Florida Gulf Coast University Water School. Casazza has 20 years’ experience working with athletes, from school-aged to collegiate to elite, and 15 years’ experience in assessing and evaluating eating pathologies in children and young adults.
