Symposium Session: From Sunrise to Sunset: Practical Culinary and Tech Solutions for Better Sleep

This is not a webinar or course for purchase - this is a module for credit claiming for our 2022 Spring Symposium attendees and cannot be purchased or taken by non-attendees. These sessions are exclusive to our Symposium; however, the topics may be revisited in the future in the form of a webinar or self-study course.

Adequate sleep is at the foundation of good health but nearly a third of Americans are not getting enough sleep every night. From the moment we wake up in the morning until our heads hit the pillow at night, there are countless choices we can make to set ourselves up for better sleep. In this session, RDs will learn about practical culinary approaches to help improve sleep, including recipe inspiration and useful technologies that assist with and provide an accurate sleep assessment. Help clients navigate back to better sleep while simultaneously improving other areas of health!
