Webinar: The Lifelong Impact of Animal-Sourced Foods: Protein Quality and Nutrient Density

April 22, 2025

Dietitians are uniquely positioned to help counsel and educate their clients about the value of a balanced nutrition throughout the lifespan, ensuring that key nutrients are being consumed for optimal longevity.

On Tuesday, April 22, from 1-2 p.m. ET, join David Church, PhD, and Leslie Bonci, MPH, RD, CSSD, LDN, FAND, for a complimentary webinar that examines the latest evidence on the unique contributions of animal-source foods - including essential nutrients - and the challenges of replacing these nutrients in day to day life. The developmental needs of different age groups and how animal-source proteins can contribute to a well-rounded diet will be covered, as well as how animal-source proteins affect muscle mass retention, strength building, and recovery ability. Dr. Church and Leslie will also review the implications low protein intake can have on clients in various stages of life.

Learn to empower clients and patients with the most current evidence-based information and gain a full understanding of the impact protein quality and nutrient density of animal-source foods can have on health and well-being.
